You're overwhelmed. That's why you're here.

You feel like you have too many things to do or too many issues to cope with. You can’t rest or even breathe.

Listening is often the best tool needed to help someone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk about your experiences. A place to begin making connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This is your first step towards inner healing. It's time to feel less overwhelmed and more EMPOWERED.

Family Counseling

Whether you have experienced a traumatic event or you just want to feel more peace in your life, individual sessions provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself without feeling silly, or afraid, or apologetic.

Couples counseling is not about "he said, she said." As your counselor, I see the relationship as the client. You can expect a non-biased approach to help you improve communication, learn problem-solving skills, and restore intimacy.

Family therapy is effective for those who want a better home environment through improved communication, those who need assistance handling a special family problem, or for those wanting to support a family member who has a medical or mental health condition.

As a therapist, I work with individuals and couples ages 16-75. I primarily assist clients who are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety that stem from relationships with friends, family, romantic partners, or work environments.

I also provide couples with a space for both partners to not only express their thoughts, but also feel that their partner is actively listening to genuine concerns. Every session is different, but the results are similar: a new you ready to adopt new behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes completely aware of your inner strength.

For immediate assistance, call 911 or the Suicide Prevention Hotline at 988. The 988 Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States.
